About This Program

Tabata training—20 seconds of all-out effort followed by 10 seconds of rest, repeated 8 times—is one of the most researched and effective protocols for improving VO₂ max and fat burning. However, it's also one of the most misused. This program teaches you how to use Tabata strategically, sparingly, and effectively, maximizing results while avoiding the overtraining trap that plagues most HIIT enthusiasts.
