- Tight underwear (modest effect — switch to boxers)
- Cycling (prolonged sessions)
3. Oxidative Stress
Sperm are exceptionally vulnerable to oxidative damage because they have minimal cytoplasmic antioxidant defenses. Oxidative stress is present in 30–80% of infertile men and damages sperm DNA, membranes, and mitochondria (3).
